The Powers and Health Benefits in Goji Berries

Goji Berries is a superfood that was used in the ancient times. Its a fruit that has so many health benefits. It has powerful antioxidants, that help to boost and improve vision. The wolf berries improve immune system and increases longevity! It contains anti aging properties, it’s rich in carotenoids and other antioxidants like beta-carotene and Zeaxanthyn. Zeaxanthyn is an antioxidant that absorbs blue light and protects our retina of our eyes and improves our vision. It also reduces the risk of age related macular degeneration (AMD) that is found in people over the age of 65.

This fruit can be consumed as a drink, as well. By drinking the goji berry juice, you’ll reduce the risk of any diseases! It’s technically a healing fruit because of all the powerful health benefits it contains. In the western countries, goji berries is a popular fruit. They consume the berries in their diets daily. Actually, it has been used in Tibet and China. Goji berries is one of the most nutritious fruit on Earth! They contain all essential amino acids, vitamin C, contains more carotenoids than any other fruit, has 21 traces of minerals, has 15 times the amount of iron found in spinach, contains fiber, calcium, and selenium. This is definitely a powerhouse fruit!

Goji berries contains anti-aging, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-fungal compounds. The Chinese used this small little fruit as their all natural healing medicine. They lived long happy lives:) It helps with your kidneys, liver, lower back pains, weight loss, dizziness, boosts eyesight, and so much more!

You can consume goji berries raw, whole, juice, and powder form. It makes an excellent addition to coffee, teas, drinks, water, soups, in raw recipes, desserts, oatmeal, cereal, snacking, the way to eat it is endless!

I am actually doing an eye goji berry experiment. I haven’t started yet, but when I do; its going to be really epic, exciting, and a BIG miracle for me:) I wear glasses and contacts, so I can’t see clearly, so that’s why I am staring this goji berry experiment with my eyes, especially. I want to improve my vision naturally by consuming goji berries. I will post my testimonial on my vision improvement on goji berries when I accomplish my goal. When I first started consuming goji berries, I saw improvement in my vision already. So I do know for a FACT that goji berries do improve eyesight.
