The Powers and Health Benefits in Goji Berries


Goji Berries is a superfood that was used in the ancient times. Its a fruit that has so many health benefits. It has powerful antioxidants, that help to boost and improve vision. The wolf berries improve immune system and increases longevity! It contains anti aging properties, it’s rich in carotenoids and other antioxidants like beta-carotene and Zeaxanthyn. Zeaxanthyn is an antioxidant that absorbs blue light and protects our retina of our eyes and improves our vision. It also reduces the risk of age related macular degeneration (AMD) that is found in people over the age of 65.

This fruit can be consumed as a drink, as well. By drinking the goji berry juice, you’ll reduce the risk of any diseases! This is definitely a powerhouse fruit!
