The Importance of Magnesium

Magnesium is the most important and most powerful mineral needed for the human body and brain function. Did you know? Magnesium deficiencies is the number one cause of ALL diseases! That being said, it’s safe to say and tell someone right off the bat who has a disease/illness, that they are magnesium deficient. Magnesium is needed for the blood (only 1% of the body’s magnesium is stored in the blood, which is why it’s often misdiagnosed with blood testing), the cells (keeps them young), the brain, the muscles, and much more. Everyone should be eating foods with magnesium everyday. Foods such as bananas, cacao, spinach, avocados, buckwheat, nuts and seeds, dark leafy greens, dates, and more are all high in magnesium.

Are you eating foods with magnesium? If not, you SHOULD! Magnesium is a miracle mineral! Who knew that magnesium was so important in our health?!

I highly recommend reading THIS GREAT ARTICLE HERE about magnesium deficiency symptoms and diagnosis. This is a very interesting article, I thought I’d share it with you guys. Tell me your thoughts in the comments below. Please share it with family, friends or anyone you know who may be suffering with magnesium deficiencies.
