    Hi Yuna! The first time I made it (before this video), I used different combinations of frozen or fresh fruit. That definately helped with the buoyancy of the layers! I don’t think freezing it separately would work well. It may not stack right and stay together. But if you try it, let me know!

    ALSO- I’ve been meaning to update the video and say that I have since added some dates to the fruit mixtures and that has help the layers stay more separated as well. 🙂

    Nice video. 🙂 Maybe if you freeze each layer, before you add the next layer, each layer will stay separate and not mix together, which I think happened with this cake.

    Awesome video, I would have liked to see the cake cut open, to see the three flavors mixed together. I completely understand about the blender! Really great first video, Just a tip, because I think you should continue to make videos, you hit record, wait 3 seconds and then say action and then leave another two so it’s easier to edit. Peace
