These raw vegan brownies are so delicious! Its so easy, tasty, and fun make! Its 100% GUILT FREE and so healthy; you can get away with eating these for breakfast!;) These are REAL brownies! Feel free to share this recipe with your family and friends. Those brownie lovers will be surprised and love this recipe.
So here’s the recipe:
1-2 cups raw walnuts
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup raisins
½ cup cacao or carob powder
1/4-1/3 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp – ½ cup raw cacao nibs
Raw cashews, walnuts, almonds, pecans, and/or peanuts (any nut of choice) to garnish to make chunky.
* MIX: Place walnuts in a food processor or blender and grind for a couple seconds to form a coarse flour. While machine is running (if using a food processor only add ingredients while running), add pitted dates, cacao or carob powder, almond milk, and salt, processing until a moist, crumb-like dough has formed.
* FORM: Spread into an 8×8 inch pan, sprinkle with cacao nibs, and press firmly into a solid brownie layer. Cut into bite-size squares and serve. Store leftovers in the fridge. Alternately, press and roll brownie dough into small balls to make brownie bites. Enjoy with a glass of almond or coconut milk-or any raw milk of choice!
