1.) VOTE WITH YOUR WALLET
You vote with your wallet every time you buy food at the store. Every purchase, you support a company (and hopefully, a greater cause). Choose local, organically grown, free from GMO crops.
2.) SUPPORT VEGANISM & CHOOSE COMPASSION
By supporting veganism, you are choosing to live a cruelty-free lifestyle and a compassionate one at that. Compassion is in every vegan’s heart.
3.) GO VEGAN
Going vegan was one of the best decisions I made towards my number one priority, which is my health. Health is wealth. Going vegan is easy and you can make a cold-turkey decision overnight!
Transition To Raw in 3 Easy Steps…
Step 1 – Eliminate any and all animal based products that may be lurking in your kitchen AND bathroom. Most beauty, skin and hair care products have been tested on animals and contain animal by-products, which of course, is not vegan. By eliminating the unhealthy stuff and replace them with healthy alternatives, you are setting yourself up for success, living a cruelty-free lifestyle.
Step 2 – Incorporate fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and raw living, plant-based foods in your diet. Your breakfast should be fruit-based, like a smoothie or fruit bowl. Lunch can be a big salad, a healthy cooked vegan meal, or a gourmet raw dish. Dinner can be a big salad or a big bowl of fruits. Step 3- Stock Up your home with an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables with some nuts and seeds. Select your favorites and stick to them mostly, with a mix of variety, to ensure you’re getting enough nutrients.
Remember, you don’t have to go 100% raw. It’s fine to start vegan, while eating mostly raw foods with some cooked foods, too. This way of living s the green life!
4.) ADOPT DON’T BUY!

5.) REDUCE WASTE
Reduce your waste on this planet as much as possible by recycling and not polluting this earth. Save the produce scraps as compost. This is not pollution, as nature knows what to do with this. It turns into soil eventually!

Just take baby steps. Don’t push yourself to strive for perfection. You want to strive for progress! Don’t stress yourself too much. Be the best you can be in every way possible. If you would like to transform your life and want to say no to meat, then become a vegan. Then you can slowly adventure into the raw world! You don’t have to immediately push yourself into going 100% raw, but going vegan is a big first step! Just tell yourself: You Can Do It! ALWAYS stay positive!
