This almost-raw vegan pizza is so healthy for you, you can get away with eating 20 slices without feeling guilty – although, you most likely will be feeling stuffed!;) It’s made with cucumbers or zucchini as the crust, and the “cheese” is dairy free and made with cashews, red bell pepper, nutritional yeast, Bragg’s apple cider vinegar, and a bit of water! That’s it! Unfortunately, the “cheese” isn’t 100% raw; due to the nutritional yeast:( But besides that, the rest of the ingredients are raw:) This recipe is raw besides the yeast!
