Health Benefits of the “cheese”-
CASHEWS: maintains weight, contains protein, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, manganese, happy fats, not high in fats like other nuts, dietary fiber, contains phytosterols, tocopherols, and sqaulene, all of which lower the risk of heart disease, combined with the nut’s zero percent cholesterol content. BRAGG’S APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: clears up acne, prevents fat build up, helps you loose weight, lowers cholesterol, helps with joint pains and stiffness, supports a heathy immune system, rich in enzymes and potassium, soothe dry throats, it’s an all natural healer, and so many other benefits.

NUTRITIONAL YEAST: its a deactivated yeast that is grown on sugar cane juice and beet molasses in a carefully controlled environment. It is harvested, washed and dried before packaging. It contains B-12 vitamins, which gives it that yellow color. Contains no animal sources. Its rich in folic acid, nutrients, great source of 18 amino acids, proteins, rich in 15 minerals including iron, magnesium, phorphorus, zinc, and chromium, and selenium. It also provides energy. Nutritional yeast can be found at your local health food stores or buying online. The best brands are Bragg’s brands. Most companies don’t keep their yeast raw when manufacturing because they heat it over 115 degrees; which is not considered raw. Actually, nutritional yeast technically isn’t raw because it is processed to kill and release the yeast and microorganisms. But, most raw and vegan recipes calls for this. It gives recipes that “cheesy” and nutty taste. There are so many other health benefits as well.
