Health Benefits of Raw Vegan Brownies

These are REAL brownies! They are 100% GUILT FREE!;) These are so healthy; you can even get away with eating them for breakfast! It’s a superfood brownies due to the walnuts and cacao powder. Of course, you can use cacao or carob powder. Carob is a healthier alternative to chocolate, actually. Carob is more sweet than cacao-it’s naturally sweet of course. Read my post on the health benefits of chocolate for more info. These brownies have health benefits especially with the walnuts, cacao powder, dates, and almond milk. It’s dairy free, guilt free, no sugar, no eggs, naturally sweetened with dates, and so delicious!

The walnuts is the “flour” replacement, and the dates are wonderfully sweet an plays an excellent replacement for “sugar”. Walnuts are great for the brain and heart. They help with clogged up arteries, contains happy fats, omega 3 fatty acids, helps maintain weight, rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, which may improve blood lipids and other cardiovascular disease risk factors. The health benefits are endless, along with dates. Dates are truly Nature’s candy. They are rich in several vitamins, minerals, calcium, iron, potassium, sulphur, manganese, copper, phosphorous, high in fiber, and magnesium. There are so many other epic health benefits, too.
